PIG CLEANING OF PIPELINES

To launch and receive cleaning pigs, they traditionally use pig traps – large and uncomfortable in operation

We propose certain and effective solution: PIG VALVES

Pig valves are based at the 3-way ball valve design and provide:

Ølaunch and receiving of pigs with length L = 1.4 ID, ball length, short diagnostic pigs
Øimportant saving of required place and time – valve operation takes not more than 2-3 minutes
Øbut also duty of a regular ball valve – zero lockage shut off of pipeline

§installation at the operational site pipelines, without any reconstruction
§pigs for short radius elbows
